MTW seeks to hire men and women personally committed to worldwide evangelization who also possess strong giftedness and ability in their fields. We see our work as ministry, a calling to build the kingdom of Christ.

MTW staff positions reflect the need for strong skills much like any other organization, from accounting to project management to administrative skills. PCA or other Reformed affiliation is highly desirable, but not required in most positions. Missions experience is a strong plus.
