El Salvador is the smallest country in Central America, but it has a dense population. And most of the people are very, very poor. People have lost hope for the future and many act in desperate ways. We are raising up a team who can minister in the midst of this extreme poverty, respond with Christ-like compassion, and introduce people to Jesus who can transform their hearts and minds.

We are building a team of relationally-gifted and collaborative people who have a wide range of skills and vocations. We need several ordained pastors. But we also need doctors, engineers, business people, teachers, networkers, students … and so much more!
